Welcome to the Oceans’ Edge Community Website. Whether you are new to our community, have been here since the groundbreaking or somewhere in between, we hope you find this site useful and informative.

We are a small community of 49 homes in a harmonious atmosphere. If you happened to be new to the neighborhood, please be respectful of one another. We ask that you watch your speed as there are frequent dog walkers and children playing on or near the street. Many of us chose to live here due to its natural beauty and undeveloped land, so enjoy the bobcat, hawk or alligator viewing. Please be mindful and cautious of our wildlife as there are dangers involved to both humans and the animals.

Good etiquette and responsibilities

Please adhere to speed limit, for everyone's safety!

Please refrain from parking on the streets overnight.
Never park on opposite sides of another vehicle, our streets are quite narrow and this would make it impassable. Also try parking on one side of the street whenever possible.

In this neigborhood, we all love animals and we should maintain it that way. Majority of you are responsible pet owners but occasionally a person may not pick up their pet's refuse, please don't let this happen and train your dog to do the private business at your yard or common areas! Be a responsible pet owner and teach your children these good eitiquette as well, thank you!

Please note: All dogs must be on a leash

Please close your garage door when not in use. It is for both safety and aesthetics.

Scheduled Services and usage!

Recycle and Yard debris are picked up on Tuesday (Put them out on Monday night, they pick up quite early)

Regular Trash picked up every Thursday (Put them out on Wed night so you won't forget)

Wed/Sat (2nd Sunday March through 1st Sunday Nov.)

Sat (1st Sunday in Nov through 2nd Sunday in March)

Even number homes:

Thurs/Sun (2nd Sunday March through 1st Sunday Nov.)

Sun (1st Sunday in Nov through 2nd Sunday in March)
